Mat Pilates

Much more than just a mat, our mat Pilates classes include working with Pilates' equipment such as the magic circle, Pilates balls, Pilates weights and resistance bands. Each class will focus on building your core strength; and provides a full body workout to help lengthen and strengthen your muscles, and improve your flexibility and strength. Classes are small (max 8 per class), friendly and professional – allowing plenty of opportunity for one on one attention.
